Richard W. "Dick" Deardorff

Gayle and family,

We at BDC were sadened to hear of Dick's passing. I am sorry that it was so busy when I saw you in January that we did not get a chance to talk. Walt and I still speak often of how working with you and Dick changed the way we look today at design details. We enjoyed the experience and learned much in the process and we will miss him. Our sincerest condolences to you and your family.

I want to express our sorrow to you on the loss of Dick. From my own experience, you could not have had a better friend in your life. Dick and I shared many wonderful times together in our youth and had a few good conversations recently, talking about the past.
