Although I am only a customer, I was really struck with the close, warm relationship between Richard and his beautiful wife Catherine...and how well they seemed to work and live together. (I picked up this just while visiting them in their shop.) Richard was obviously a very kind and generous person, who set a shining example of how to live for all of us.
