We were sorry to learn the passing of DuPage County Sheriff Richard P Doria. Having worked for and alongside Sheriff Doria for many years I can confirm that he will be remembered in the archives of local law enforcement as one of the best. May the good lord bless the Sheriff and the entire Doria Family. Stephen P Dahl. ( ret detective DuPage County Sheriff's Office)

I was so sorry to hear of this loss. Our community has lost a man who was a great leader. Our nation has lost another who was dedicated to its protection. This tough veteran and lawman was nothing but a kind, loving, gentle soul to me. He will be missed. Jane Dispensa-Kopecky, JD
