Richard Leo "Dick" Dougherty

I have a lot of great memories of Dick Dougherty. Here are a few.

Near the end of his playing career with the Bobcats, an enterprising local television station in Green Bay put a microphone on him during a Bobcats game. This had to be in '63 or '64, a high-tech stunt given the era. The television station isolated him on every one of his shifts and spliced the video and sound together afterwards. Judy and family, we are very sorry to read today of the death of Dick. Warren has many wonderful memories spent with Dick on fishing trips and fun conversations!

Great memories of hunting with Dick and my dad even when I had to get up at 3:00 AM to go hunt on Little Tail Island. Best wishes to all the family. The world lost one of the best outdoorsman I ever knew.

My prayers and thoughts go out to you. You and Dick were our best man and maid of honor at Jack and my wedding way back in July of 1972. Where did the time go?!!! Jack and Dick are probably playing cards, duck hunting, or just having a manhatten.. The world lost and heaven gained a great wonderful person.
