Not sure what to say?

Condolences and fond memories from the theater.

Thank you all for your comments about our father. They mean more than you will ever know. We miss him everyday and take comfort in the great and special times we had together. Thank you again.

Aunt Marlyn and girls,
I tried to send this message last week but apparently it got lost in cyber space. Aunt Veronica, mom and I send our sincere sympathy to you. We know what a great void you now have in your lives. He was a strong personality and so full of life. I think of us all when we were so young and the great times we had as a family, enjoying the times when the family from Ct came to visit Il. We all enjoyed seeing him at Diane's when we were visiting. All our love.

Yvonne, I didn't find out until today that your father has passed away. I couldn't be more sad that the "Painless Dentist" is gone. It will be very hard to drive past his office and know that he's no longer there. Doc had his hands in my mouth on a regular basis for about 40 years (which meant a lot of the conversations were one sided--he had an unfair advantage!). I'll miss all those late afternoon visits and his great friendship. A lot of wisdom, humor and kindness was handed out in that...

So sorry to hear of your loss. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Uncle Dick was a great guy. I always admired him and even though we didn't get together much over the years, I will miss him. He was always kind to me and my family. I know firsthand he was a good dentist as well. I know his family will miss him even more. With admiration and my sincerest condolences.

To all the people who have commented on here, I would like to offer my heartfelt thanks. I think I speak for everyone in our family when I say it is a very difficult time and reading these comments coming in from so many different people is comforting. From patients who have been seeing him for over 40 years, to friends from the Chilli Cook offs, to golfing partners, to friends from when we were little, to family members we just don't see enough of. I am very fortunate to have been able to...

To the Dowling girls,
So sorry for the loss of your Dad.

Take care..Linda, Katie and Missy

Please accept our deepest sympathy Doc was the greatest and we will surely miss him. Ron & Connie Dahlgren
