Rich, I only had the oppurtunity to meet you one time last summer, but from what I seen you were so friendly, happy, and of course funny. It was just a pleasure to meet you and your family and I know it was only one time but you were such a happy presence to be around and Im glad I had the oppurtunity. I wish you the best up there and I know you were re-united with everyone you've lost along the way. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers, may god be with you. :)

Remember

When you can no more hold me by the hand,
Nor I half turn to go yet turning stay.
Remember me when no more day by day
You tell me of our future that you plann'd:
Only remember me; you understand
It will be late to counsel then or pray.
Yet if you should forget me for a while
And afterwards remember, do not grieve:

Although I’ve only known Rich for a few short years, I feel so blessed to have known him at all. He was truly a one of a kind. He had a special way about him in making a perfect stranger feel like family. I will miss his phone calls, his emails and especially his hearty laugh. You all hold a special place in my heart and are in my thoughts and prayers.

We miss you, Richie. I hope you're happy, at peace, and still laughing at us all.
