I am so sorry for your loss. We serve a good God, and he will make the best decisions for us all.

Rest easy now my friend. You were an inspiration to many, your giving heart and hard work and dedication to your comunity, family and friends. It was a Honor to be your neighbor. Sending hugs to Pam, Risa, Carolyn and Richard JR.

I know you feel the emptiness of his passing, but he is free. He feels no pain, illness, or restrictions. He is free. He will live forever in your memories, photos, videos, and the smiles of his children and grandchildren. I know you feel the emptiness as you miss his presence... But he is free.

We are deeply saddened on the passing of DICK. He and I worked together on the Rockville City Police from 1971 till he retired. He was a dear friend and a dedicated police officer. He loved being a police officer and fire fighter. He loved his family and cherished his friends. I thank him for his guidance and counsel and his friendship. I will miss him. We send prayers and blessings. Rest easy my friend.

We are Saddened with the loss of Mr. Dyson, and Thank him for the wonderful Daughter "Risa" he brought to our community. Thank you Sir, for all your contributions to Rockville.
