RICK HIRED ME AS THE FIRST ANIMAL CARE TECH'S AT NORTHWEST TREK,IN EATONVILLE,WA. BACK IN 1975 ! HE WAS A GREAT FELLOW! WHAT I LEARNED FROM HIM TOOK ME TO A LIFETIME CAREER IN THE ZOOLOGY FIELD, AND WORK WITH ANIMALS ALL OVER THE WORLD !! AND WAS A GREAT BOSS,AND FRIEND !! RIP OLD FRIEND! HOPE TO MEET UP AGAIN ONE DAY!!

I have not seen Rick in many many years. Was very sorry to hear of his passing. He was my cousin , my dad and His mom were brother and sister, but as with many families we all were separated over the years and we all lost contact. RIP Rick.
