Dear Family: I worked with Richie in the NYPD many years ago. He had a great sense of humor and brightened our days working together. This helped on those late tours of duty. he was proud of his Army Service in Vietnam and how he overcame his challenges. He will be truly missed. My sincere condolences. Kevin G. My first memory wasof Dawn tellingme about this great fellow"Richie the Cop" When I met him I was introduced to a very loving man who was full of life and humor as well as compassion for others.
