I met Rick Eichelberger in 1999. I was a single mom holding down a dead-end job at the time, and Rick encouraged me to apply at Sutliff. Being a woman applying for a traditional man's position was intimidating, but Rick must have seen something in me that I didn't, so in 2000 I went to work for him at Colonial Park. I always appreciated Richard's sense of humor and willingness to take a moment and talk about my family no matter how busy he was. He will be greatly missed. He was always friendly and kind.
