In memory of Richard Emmons. Never forgotten.

To the family of Spc. Richard C. Emmons:
Richard gave the ultimate sacrifice and will be held in the hearts of Americans forever. I cannot and will not let our fallen heroes be forgotten. My deepest sympathy to you. "Some gave all."

I miss you every day, Emm... I wear your name around my wrist 24/7

I was in Richie's platoon and squad in Basic Training. Emmons was a good friend and a great soldier. We became soldiers together, everyday, every step of the way and I am crushed by his loss. Some of my best memories from that time involve him. Those of us who were fortunate enough to have served with him will never forget him. I can't express enough sympathy to his family and friends.
