Richard W. Epler

MOUNT CARMEL, Ill. — Richard W. Epler, 79, died May 28, 2009, at Meadowood Nursing Home in Grayville.

He worked for Snap-on tools, was an Air Force veteran and was a member of First General Baptist Church.
