Richard A. Epperly

Richard was born on December 22, 1933 and passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2017. Richard was a resident of Nebraska at the time of passing. He received his education in Minneapolis, Minnesota graduating from high school in 1953. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the family.
