Dear Jackie and Family I am deeply saddened to learn about Richie's passing. He was a good friend, I have many fond memories of good times we spent together. Night time motorcycle rides, visiting new places, coffee breaks at restaurants and diners of interest on the road, camping, evenings at the Parkside. Rest in Peace old friend. Until we meet again, Godspeed on your new journey.

To all of the Fagan family I extend my deepest condolences. Richie was a dear friend that this world will not be the same without. I worked with Richie for 5 years and in my whole 20+ year career have never met a man that I looked up to more. His advice to me as I was starting my family has helped in making me the father and husband I am today. Even after he retired we have never fell out of touch and I will miss our conversations and his fatherly advice. RIP my dear friend I will miss you...
