Richard Ferber

To the Ferber family, I´m not sure if Dad meant more to me as a friend, a professional, an adviser, or a father figure; but no matter what role he played in my life it was always so appreciated. I always looked forward to being with him...and listening and learning. He made me feel like I was the most important person in the room. He gave me confidence and truly inspired me. My heart is heavy. We list one of the really good ones. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

To JB, Scott, Larry and Sandy, I am so sorry for your loss. Although we lost touch of the last decades, I will always remember Dick as a brilliant, thoughtful and kind man. He even helped my father-in-law when he needed financial advice (he came even came to New Haven to help). Just fond memories of Ridgewood terrace.

Dick was a great friend and mentor. I knew him for over 50 yearsa and always had the greaest respect and admiration for him. I wish his family my deepest condolences and hope that the positive memories that he created serve to comfort them. Rest in peace my dear friend.
