Sincerest condolences to the Finnerty family. Rich´s passing brings much sadness to my heart. Rich was a good friend, great teacher and coach. I will cherish all the laughs and good times we shared through the years at BTHS. Rest In Peace dear friend.

My condolences to the Finnerty family. I met Rich when we both worked at the Monmouth Hotel in Spring Lake, many years ago. We ran into each other a few times over the years and always had a few laughs about that summer and the numerous characters who inhabited the Monmouth Hotel that summer. Rich left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him, as I've met a few and I don't think he had an enemy in the world. May he rest in eternal peace. Semper Fi, Rich.

Coach made such a lasting impact on so many people; especially his former players. He was a role model, a mentor, and a dear friend. I will always cherish our talks on life. Thank you Coach. We will meet again.
