Richard was a man deeply devoted to the service of God and His Church. He inspired so many of us with his generosity of spirit. My profound condolences to Jane, Jeff and Neil and all who mourn him. Our loss is Heaven's gain, for surely Richard now rests with his Lord and Redeemer.
