Richard was born on October 12, 1933 and passed away on Monday, September 3, 2018. Richard was a resident of Elyria, Indiana at the time of passing. Mr. Fogo received his Bachelor's degree from Woodbury College in California. He was a veteran and served in the US Navy from 1952 to 1956. The family will receive friends on Friday September 7, 2018 from 4pm until the time of a memorial service at 7pm at the Liston Funeral Home, 36403 Center Ridge Rd., (at Stoney Ridge Rd.), North Ridgeville. Members from the Honor Guard of VFW Post #9871 in North Ridgeville, will conduct full military honors at the memorial service. Visitation at the Liston Funeral Home from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on September 7, 2018. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to The American Heart Association.
Richard was my buddy! I will miss him. He was a very caring man. I will miss taking care of him. He was always happy to see me and I was always happy to see him. I will keep him and his family in my prayers. I am sorry that I missed the service, but I didn't realize that this was his obit since it said he was in Elyria, Indiana instead of Ohio.
