Not sure what to say?

Diane,
I am so sorry for your loss. Moses was one of the great ones. Never a bad word for anyone. Always glad to see you and I would never miss an opportunity to spend time with him. I will miss him and proud to have known him and had him for a classmate and friend.

Moe was always a joyful guy! Although I was not in his close circle of friends, he always was friendly, helpful and was a willing team player in any of the group and class activities we were involved with in the academic arena. My condolences to the family and I assure you we will toast him at our September gathering.

Diane, so sorry for your loss. Dick "Moe" Foley was a dear Norwich Buddy and we shared a lot of great times together. I'm sure he will be sadly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I was in many classes at Osher with Dick and came to know him as such a thoughtful, inquisitive, interesting person. He was friendly and always had a smile for everyone. He will be missed. My condolences to his wife and family. Sincerely, Linda Fries

I knew Dick from our days in the Federal Building and always enjoyed any conversation with him. After we both retired it was a welcome treat when we ran into other other at various venues where we shared similar interests. Always a smile and a true gentleman with a sharp wit and insight.
My sincerest sympathy to his family in your loss.

Dick was a loyal member of the Athenaeum Book Club. I always appreciated his unique perspective, calm and courteous manner, and great sense of humor!

Dick and I always joked about our baseball teams. I am a Yankee Fan and Dick loved the Red Sox. We had some great conversations over the years. Dick will be missed by all of us. He was a true gentleman. My thoughts and prayers are with Dick and all of the family.
