Not sure what to say?

Dr Fritz was a great mentor and leader. He has left a long lasting impression outside of the classroom. Absolutely one of a kind.

Rick was a kind, generous and driven grad student back in the day. He was a leader and, yet, a good friend among his peers. A man I always admired.

Dr. Fritz was one of my favorite professors. He made a lasting impression on me as a student. God bless his soul. I am so sorry for his family's loss!

Dr. Fritz was my professor at SXU back in the years of 2008 and 2010. He was my favorite professor. He was also my advisor. He was so passionate about his work and caring. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family!

Richard was, perhaps, the greatest professor in the classroom in the history of Saint Xavier University. He was brilliant, courageous and an advocate for social justice. His legacy will be felt by those on our campus who supported excellence in teaching, academic freedom and a commitment to human rights. A great friend and one I had the pleasure to know.

I wanted to offer my condolences for your loss. I was stunned to hear of Richard's passing. I trust you know my son thinks the world of you, Nancy, and held your husband in the highest regard. My heart aches thinking of how difficult it must be for you, Jim and John. I wish there was something I could say to ease your pain but perhaps you may find some comfort in knowing that there are more people than you know who care and who are praying for your family.

Nancy, You were God's rock for Rick. May you feel God's arms around you and your sons, holding you close in faith and in blessings. So very sorry for your loss. Love, Cathy

Nancy, Jim and John,
I'm so sorry for your loss. Richard was a good husband, father, and one of my favorite patients whom I had the pleasure of calling my friend over a period of many years. He was truly an intellectual, though with heart. I know that he influenced many people in a positive manner throughout his life for which his students can be grateful, and his family proud.
