Not sure what to say?

Hello Reggie, Jason, and Jeremy, if Dick were to talk to us right now he would tell us that "Russ is always late" and he would be right. I have wanted to sit and type a note since we lost Dick and just wasn't sure I would find the right words to express the feelings of a lost friend that all of us feel. Dick and I had some ups and downs in our work relationship, but always moved on in the postive after the disagreements. Not ever boss could do that, Dick did. I can be a pain so knowing...

Reggie, Dick was my boss for over 20 years and was one of the smartest inventory people I have ever met. What an asset he was to Amway. He supervised his people in a way that others should learn from. We all knew what Dick expected from us and he left you alone to do your job. If help was needed, he was there. Most of all, Dick was a good friend. He will be forever missed by Jayne and myself. What a great Christian man! We have all been blessed to know him

Dear family of Dick,
I am sorry for your loss. I worked with Dick on many projects and enjoyed every minute working with him. Being at the other side of the world, it was not always easy to find the right information or contact at headquarters, but Dick was always there to help and guide me.
Dick will be missed by me, here in The Netherlands.

We met Dick and Reggie over 20yrs ago at church. At that time, they lived east of Grand Rapids and we lived to the west and we stayed at the church building together between AM and PM services. There were many shared meals, long conversations discussing everything under the sun, a LOT of laughter and great fellowship! Dick was kind, generous, and quick witted with a wonderful sense of humor. He knew Jesus, knew what he believed and shared his faith openly. There was no substitute for Dick's...

This is a message for you Reggie, Dick was like my brother and I loved him very much. We shared so much, so many good and bad times, over the past 20+ years. He was there for me when my family had our troubles with my my son Mike. He gave me such good advice and guidance that I will never be able to repay. He was so looking forward to spending the summer with Justin, then traveling after that with you (he spoke about it a lot the last few weeks). I know that the correct thing to say here is...

It has been a lot of years; church, campouts, parties, work at Amway, just chewing the fat, through the ups and downs of life... Dick was my friend. As providence would have it, we were out of state when he went home to Jesus... Our thoughts and prayers are with you Reggie, Jeremy, and Jason. We take comfort that death is not the end, and a greater glory awaits us...

Dearest Fuller Family: They say it takes a minute to find a special person; an hour to appreciate them; a day to love them; and an entire lifetime to forget them. So now we must figure out a way to go on without Dick here physically, yet we know his spirit is always near. We will keep him with us through the memories and moments we have all had with him. And Dick, as we think of you we will never forget that contagious smile for it really did make a difference.

Dear Fuller Family: I send this note with deepest sympathy in your great loss, Amway's great loss and the world's great loss! I worked with Dick for 30+ years. Everyone Dick came in contact with worldwide had an amazing respect for him and his keen abilities. Dick knew how to get the job done and set a good example for those of us who are younger! I also enjoyed the daffodils he shared with us at work. I brought quart size bags of red bud tree seeds to Dick in the past few years and will...
