My deepest sympathies to you all. I just was made aware of Richard's passing. I knew him through business at the REALTOR Association but we became better friends when I moved across the street from your parents home for a brief time. I cannot say more of how kind both of your parents were to me and to my children. There was always something baked for us or "We have so much leftover, please take this casserole dish" ( always something delicious.) If we were...

Richard was a wonderful friend and neighbor who was very kind and helped many people. My family met Sandy his daughter who told us the news. My family will greatly miss him and wish all the best to his family
