I will always keep a vision of Papa Garrett in my heart as a Big Great Man! I spent my entire life literally looking up to him - he was a quite gental man who always loved us. My heart goes out to the family.

Dick was such an inspiration to me and many other's at the Pasadena lodge. He was truly an american hero in my eyes, and I will forever remember and miss him. My condolences to his family and friends. I am working in Iraq right now and will not be able to attend the funeral, but would surely be there if I were there. God Bless you Dick, and thank you for a great friendship. Mike
