Richard E. Garvin

Dick was President of the Greater Springfield Association of Realtors in 1987. He was an excellent leader and continued to be active in the real estate business for many years. I was pleased to have worked with him. My condolences to Joan and his entire family. Sincerely, Ben Scranton
