The reading of the scriptures will always give spiritual comfort and peace during this time of deep sorrow. Please accept our condolences on the loss of your beloved Richard Garza. Jeremiah 29:11-13

I am so sorry to hear about your loss,
may the joyful memories and prayer help strengthen you during this difficult time. (1 Thessalonians 5:17).

Richard and I were classmates and fraternity brothers...I'm truly saddened to learn of his passing. He always wore a smile and was such a pleasant man to be around. To his family and those whom were close to him, please accept my sincerest condolences. May he Rest In Peace.

Regards,

Barry Peters

We were so sad to hear from Ellen of Richard's passing. Our sincere condolences to the entire Garza family.

I was so saddened to hear of Richard's passing. I worked with him for over two years in the late 90's on the DISD Bond Program. He was always a joy to be around. We had many discussions about Texas A & M as I also graduated from there. He will be sorely missed. My heart and prayers go out to you and the family.

Jody, I doubt you will remember me, but I was working with Richard at Clearwater Constructors when the two of you met. I recall how he told me that after your first date, he thought you could be "the one". I'm glad that he was right.

Although I only worked with him for a year, I thought very highly of Richard. He became a fast friend, and we had many great conversations while sweating out in the hot Arlington sun at the then-new James Bowie High School.

I was greatly shocked and...

Jody,
Your husband was such a great person and we all feel the loss very deeply. Please accept our condolences, and know that our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

To the Garza's,
I am so sorry to hear about Richard. I was lucky enough to live in the fraternity house when he was at A&M and I can't remember anyone who was more kind and helpful to everyone. Such a great man.
