Read MoreMr. Gebhardt was an amazing man. I purchased one of his first Silver Tip American Shorthairs. Being it was the Christmas season I named her Noel. Mr. Gebhardt was interested in breeding her with one of his black Persians. He tried twice without luck.To this day I still have and use the cat carrier I brought Noel home in. That was 1974. RIP

To John and Richard's family, my deepest condolences go out to you on the passing of Richard. He was an extraordinary groomer to both of my terriers since 1982. He was impeccable at what he did and also was a wonderful, kind man. May he rest in peace. Thank you to him for his talent and hard work.
