Not sure what to say?

I was Rich's hospice nurse for two years and was blessed to become friends with Rich and Darlene. I enjoyed his sharing of the wisdom of life and love he had acquired. They both had a wonderful impact on my life through their kindness, their love, and their faith. I have shared many of Rich's stories with my own children. I will never forget them and they are missed.

I met Richard in 1980. My first job in the financial industry. Guarantee Savings and Loan. He was a wonderful man, leader and inspiration. I met up with him again years later after her married his second love, Darlene. I have and am proud to have two of his poetry books. He was so in love with Darlene and his writings were filled with proof of it. He was very proud of his children, he would speak of them often. He was a man full of youth, spirit and quite the athlete. I will remember him by...

My condolences to the family! I didn’t get to know Richard well however I sure did Darlene my neighbors at Homewood village!! She provided to me the warmest welcome to our block and across the street neighbor than anyone in my lifetime!! This is about Richard however and he was ill when I moved into the village so sadly I didn’t get to know him! Very sorry for the families loss!!

I am so sad to hear of Rich's passing. He was a kind and caring person who loved people and loved to tell a good story. I miss the days when he would come to my office and tell me wonderful stories of his life and family and of course baseball (which we both loved). He was a great friend to my parents also ( they met when my Dad was a contractor and remained friends for years. My Dad even built he and Jena's home in Modesto). He and Darleen kept in contact with my mom after my dads passing ...

Worked with Gary at Guaratee Savings & loved working for him, he was great boss, a great man & wonderful human being. He will truly be missed. Prayers & Gods Blessings go out to his family.

My heartfelt condolences to Richie's family. While I haven't seen him in years I remember him always with a smile on his face. RIP dear cousin.

Richard was really a great guy. I was in Real Estate and Richard put together numerous Real Estate loans for me. R.I.P.
