Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to hear of Kent´s passing. He was a great neighbor in New Jersey and life long friend. I fondly remember attending all the Michigan home games with the family one year and fishing at White Lake on a camping trip. One game Kent and I sat in stands in blinding snow storm listening to game on the radio because we couldn´t see the field. I loved his passion for math. Betsy my wife still tells story of Kent talking theoretical physics while sailing on San Diego bay. He will be...

Every Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. My dad being to loud , Uncle Jack telling some epic story that was probably "slightly" exaggerated , helping your mom with the kitchen which probably bothered her more than helped. And Uncle Kent always with a quiet, witty quip. Football on the t.v. Christmas always felt like magic with you guys, the tree, the good silver with a dinner that felt like it was from a castle. You guys always made it feel like a lifetime movie special. I cherish all those...

I have fond memories of working with Kent at Bendix and then later at KMS Fusion-Aerospace. Sorry to have missed the visitation.

I enjoyed working with Kent for many years at perceptron. He was a colleague and then my boss and was highly respected. He will always be a fond memory.

My first U of M tailgate I attended was at Maria's house. We had stayed up late the night before, and Kent arrived early the next morning in the yard with his pancakes cooking and Scotch ready when we woke up. I have so many fun memories spent with the wonderful Gilbert family. We are thinking of you Maria, and remembering what a great Dad Kent was to you.
