Chip and Fran,
I was sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. As I'm sure you have heard from others recently, I too have more than a few funny memories of him.

Dick was a very nice man. We recently moved and we are a neighbor to him. He was a kind man and very helpful. He offered to help when we were moving in. Our children were fond of him and he will be missed by us even though we only knew him a short time. So sorry for your lose. God Bless
