Last time I saw/spoke with Richie was at our ten year High School reunion, back in the summer of 1994.

Life is not always fair we don't understand why such a good loving person had to be taken from his family and friends so young. He'll always be in our hearts along with his family.

My deepest condolences to Rich's family , friends and fellow officers. You are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. May you find comfort knowing that he enriched the lives of all those around him and was truly a wonderful person.
