Richard L. Goldman

So sad to hear of his passing...rest in peace.

As his nephew, he was an inspiration to me with stories of spacecraft, engineering and business. A brilliant man of compassion and common sense he was always prepared with a joke or a pun and his saying "give me peace and tranquility. " I will miss him dearly.

Dick and I both loved musicals, movies. We went to see South Pacific, Kiss Me Kate, and saw Meet Me In St. Louis in the movies. We both talked politics and enjoyed music so much. He played classical piano well. Loving sister, Elaine and husband Bernie

Uncle Dick was truly a kind and honorable man who showed unending care and devotion to his family. He was a steadfast patriarch and mentor to our entire family with so much knowledge and wisdom. He had a special way of conversing that made everyone feel comfortable and confident that what you had to say was important. That gentle quality is a gift, a gift he imparted and was received by all.
