Not sure what to say?

I have known Rich since starting my real estate career many years back. He has been a very dear friend. He is helpful, kind, honest and very hard working. He was a very smart and successful man. I am so thankful he was also a believer. It showed in his life and work and efforts. I miss him very much but am thankful he is in paradise.

My husband, Mark and I met Rich about 25 years ago. He was cold calling in our neighborhood and asked us if we wanted to sell our home, we said yes, he sold it the first day! Rich helped us over the years with real estate and financial advice. He was definitely our "go to person" for anything we may need or want. We affectionately called him, "Richie Rich", he was a kind man. We shared a few meals with Rich over the years. He loved razing us about our "fat kitty cat", Mia but he always...

I knew Richard through his mother, Sandy. She and I have been friends for 50+ years. She spoke of both her sons with love and respect, sharing their activities and accomplishments. I met Richard several times. Each time he was well mannered, polite and respectful. I will remember him that way. My condolences to Rich, Sandy, and Ryan.

Rich helped my wife Lora and I purchase several homes. He was a great friend and are both devastated to hear this sad news. Our blessings go out to his family and friends in this sad time. R.I.P. Rich

Im so sorry to lose a friend here on earth but so thankful you are no longer in pain and in a way better place. Condolences and TX sized hugs to your family.
