We are currently in China, but so saddened by Dick's passing. He was such a great and cherful fighter. We will keep you and David in our prayers. --MaryJo and Dick Lee

I remember reading one time that if we touch just one life our life has not been in vain. Mr. Gould touched literally thousands of lives as he guided Karate students on the path to understanding who they were and teaching them to find within themselves the ability to be more. He touched my life and my children's lives and for that I will always be thankful. Illness keeps me from saying good-bye in person, but my thoughts are with you, Ronna and David. God Bless.

Ronna and David, I am very saddened by Dick's passing. He meant a great deal to me. When I attended SDSU he was my instructor and challenged me to do more than I ever thought possible. He was tough, but fair and always expected the best from everyone. He helped me become an instructor and to expand the Karate clubs he loved so much. He was very much a part of the success of the Sioux Falls Shotokan Karate Club and the many students that came through there will all miss him and his guidance. ...
