Not sure what to say?

You were a great Dad and even better Grandpa to Mason and Ryan. I will miss you each and every day for the rest of my life. You made everyone feel welcome at your house and I will especially miss hearing "RickBob!" from my friends. I think everyone will remember the big smile you had when greeting them.

You kept this family together and we will work hard to continue doing so. I will miss the fun times at the lake and the huge dinners you cooked.

I love you and will miss...

Uncle Rick helped to create so many wonderful childhood memories on Wolf Lake. I always looked forward to him standing on his deck waiting to greet everyone with a big teddybear hug and an ice cold beer. I loved watching him in the kitchen because that is when he reminded me so much of my Grandmother. I also enjoyed the brotherly banter that he and my Dad would have. I will be forever grateful for his genuine hospitality; he made himself and his home available as a gathering place for those...

My memories of Rick are of a truly kind man with a light in his eyes that radiated love. I am sure you will all miss such an incredible brother, father and grandfather.

DeWayne and family,

I am truly sorry for your loss. I pray for God's comfort and peace. I love you all.

So sorry for your loss. I remember Rick from High School. I left Michigan right after we graduated. May the light of our Lord and Savior shine on you and give you peace.

So sorry about your Father and Grandfather I trust God to bring comforting peace to your hearts.

It is a hard time but think of all the good times and know that he is pain free looking down at us smiling. I remember Uncle Rick used to call me "There's a". I laugh when I tell people how to spell my name because I say the same thing. I am here for all of you if you need anything. Love you all.

To Jeff, Richelle, DeLany, Danten, Dade and Daevin: I am so sorry for the loss of your Father and Grandfather. I know this is a difficult time for you. Please know that he is in a better place and more importantly without pain. Love to all.

Richelle, I am so sorry for your loss. Praying for you and your family's heart to be comforted.
