I have seldom met a finer man than Dick. He and I became fast friends during the rebuilding of the Charleston Naval Shipyeard after being closed by BRAC 95. I will always remember his beaming smile, his passion for the project, and his love for the Lowcountry. I pray that all who loved him finds peace in the coming weeks and months. Cheryll Woods-Flowers
