Condolences from all members of The Canadian Scottish Regiment Women´s Auxiliary. Dick was the Commanding Officer of 2136 RCACC when both my sons went thru cadets. He was instrumental in teaching them what cadets were all about, and made their trip to Ft Lewis Washington very memorable. Sorry for your loss, Rhonda Scott

I worked with Dick at RCSU(P) in Victoria and was honoured to call him a friend. He was a true gentleman with a dry sense of humour we shared many a good laugh. Liz, please accept my sincere condolences. Rest easy Dick, your watch is over.
