Richard Grubb

Richard was on our HOA board when I met him 11 years ago. He was the knowledgeable man I ever met. He knew the bi-laws by heart. He became my turn to guy. I loved his stories, especially about his time in service. Being from Baltimore myself, I could relate to the places he went. Richard was a man´s man and it was an honor to have known him. My condolences to all the family members.
