Richard Victor Gury

Richard was born on August 21, 1930 and passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2015. Richard was a resident of Sacramento, California at the time of his passing. He was a graduate of Berkeley H.S. He attended Cal Berkeley until joining the Marines in 1948-1950 then reenlisted in the Air Force until 1952. He served in the Korean War until honorably discharged with distinguished awards. Services: As long-time parishioners of St. Joseph Catholic Church a Rosary will be held there on October 28 2015 at 7pm 32890 S. River Road Clarksburg CA. Their Memorial Mass will be held at St. Anthony Catholic Church 660 Florin Road in Sacramento CA at 10am on October 29 2015. Mass will be followed by a Celebration of Life in the St. Anthony reception hall. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to: KVIE Public Television St. Joseph Catholic Church of Clarksburg CA or the American Behcet's Disease Association.
