Richard "Rick" Gwosch

Dear Cindy and family, this was a beautiful description of Rick and what a very special person he was - it was an honor to know him. We loved when he came over to our home when we were teenagers and he enjoyed "Ma Bowen´s " (as he called her) baked items and she loved him as did our whole family. He had the best smile - this is a great photo of him with that warm smile and he was so kind and funny. When I heard the news of his passing I asked my husband in Heaven to look out for him and help...

I´m a volunteer with Pioneer Valley Habitat for Humanity and Rick was a great help to me when I needed to order windows for the first time. He will be missed for sure.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Gwosch family during this difficult time. I grew up on Fairview Terrace not far from the Gwosch family. Even though Rick was older then me I remember him fondly. When I bought my first house and needed something he was always my "go to" guy at Rugg Lumber Co. He was always there willing to help with a contagious smile. Rest in peace Rick Gwosch.
