Not sure what to say?

Richard Hall was a man of integrity and character who enjoyed helping people. He was a childhood and teen friend of our family so we enjoyed his humor, teasing and his love of a good prank. He was a role model for other police officers and generous we me and my child in our adult life. We all miss him. Lynn Noonan

To a great friend, boss and co-worker. You will be greatly missed by family and friends. May your family be blessed in this difficult time.

Officer Hall was a great man and will be deeply missed. He was a life-long friend of my father's (Charlie Kassner) and our whole family loved him very much. Officer Hall got out of his patrol car and asked me in his most serious voice if I knew that it was illegal to be walking in the road on crutches. ...

Many fond memories of Uncle Rich. He will be missed. You are all in our prayers.

So sorry for you and your family's loss. Rich was a wonderful person and a great friend. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time in your lives.
