To Richard Hall's family. I also was an officer with the SLPD back in the 60's. Your Dad and I attended the same basic training and certification together. We worked together for a period of time until I moved from the area. He was helpful to me when I first arrived and was always willing to assist. Nice to know that he retired from law enforcement as a Sgt and enjoyed his retirement.
