What can I say,we are cousins and we were kids and we played together and had a great time.It was magical and wish we could relive it all.Richard was a great kid and a fine man.He grew up to be a fine police officer and I a firefighter and a paramedic.We all,Harding's,have always had a sense of duty we felt we needed to fulfill,and Richard did the utmost to fulfill his.God bless you my cousin,my friend.Wish we could be those kids just once more.
