Rev. Harper was born on January 30, 1938 and passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2019. Rev. Harper was a resident of Tennessee at the time of passing. He served his country in the United States Army. SERVICES: A funeral service will be held at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at Northside United Methodist Church with Rev. David O'Neal and Dr. Don Thrasher officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgecrest Cemetery. The family is requesting that memorial contributions be directed to Northside United Methodist Church, 2571 N. Highland Ave. Jackson, TN 38305.
Roberta, so sorry to learn of Richard's passing. We lost your trail after you moved to Jackson but would like to hear from you. Our prayers are with you at this time.
