Richard Lee Harrell

Vickie, I work for the FDOT in District One. We just had a visitor that stopped me in the hall and asked if I knew Dick Harrell. I told her that I did and she informed me of his passing. I worked with Dick for a number of years and enjoyed playing softball with him on the DOT softball team. I haven't spoken with Dick in a number of years but have always remembered him from the years we were young enough to chase a softball. Please accept my condolences.
