My sincerest condolences to the Harrell family. I had the pleasure and good fortune to have worked with "Dick" as we called him then when he was the AT&T National account Manager for the ARINC Corporation and I was the National Account Manager for Conrail back in the '70's. We all had very tough and visible jobs then and he handled his with dedication, style and skill. I considered him a good friend during those years. May he rest in peace.
