Not sure what to say?

I really respected Dick. He remained true to his humble roots. He was a goodman. He will be missed.

So sorry to hear of his passing.

Some fun with Dick & Philip at the Deschutes Cabin

I will miss my visits with Dick very much.
I spent many, many days with Dick at the Deschutes and Starkey cabins. So many great memories and lots of pictures.
I was very fortunate to be able to be counted Him as one of his close friends.
My thoughts are with His family.

Richard was one of the nicest people, I was blessed to get to know him and have lunch often. Rest In Peace Richard!

I spent a large portion of my life with Dick. Both at Smith Brothers and as a family friend. My son was lucky enough to also spend a portion of his life with Dick too. We talked about adventures often over at the cabin. The world feels a bit empty today finding out the Dick is gone. He and my Dad (McKee Smith) are probably already hatching a plan up in heaven! RIP friend. See you soon.

I am stunned by this news, you were a wonderful replacement for my grandfather even though we didn't spend the time I wish we would have. I think of you often, even though we didn't stay in constant contact, you made a...

The entire Gateway township sends Dick’s family our love. He was a generous gentleman. We loved him and we will miss him.

With treasured memories of a grand “dude.”

All the Gateway Vibberts. Hugs

Richard was a great partner and friend. He always pulled for the little guy. He was a strong leader and fair to everyone. He will be missed!

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.
