HAMPSTEAD, MD Richard Newton Hawver, Sr., 89, died Feb. 15, 2015. He was the husband of Hilda Jane Hawver. Viewing, Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Eline Funeral Home, 934 S. Main St., Hampstead. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thurs. at the funeral home.
