Knowing Dick since the first day we moved to Findlay in 1972, when he was a Sergeant with the Findlay Post, I came to know him both professionally and socially. I always had the utmost respect for his integrity as a member of the Ohio State Highway Patrol but also for his compassion for others. To all of you..... As I know many of you, and had your mom as a teacher, I did not know as much about your dad. Reading his history, I can´t get over all his accomplishments! I´m sure he was one of a kind!! I´m so very very sorry for your loss!! May God grant him Peace and grant all of you the strength to get through this. Let perpetual light shine upon him oh Lord.
