My wife and I will always remember Richard...he worked for me in the 1970's...he was fresh from college and wanted to teach music but felt he would never be able to because of ringing in his ears that had developed in the music rooms while in school...it sounds though that he was able to continue pursuing his passion which makes us glad for him.
