Wayne, on my 86th special day, my first thoughts are the pride I feel in your accomplishments, your enthisiasm for BDPA. I know as you look down you are also bursting with pride at the accomplishments of your progeny. God has been good to all of us. Mom

To the Hicks Family, Recently I learned of the loss of Wayne, you beloved Father, Son, Brother and family member. I had the honor of working with Wayne when he was in the Detroit Chapter of the BDPA. I just learned of Wayne's passing and am so saddened. Was a co-worker for many years with IRS and kept in touch from time to time. Had no idea he was ill.

"...nothing loved is ever lost---and he was loved so very much." Mom

I am so sorry to hear of Wayne's passing. I went to school with him at UCR and I also worked with him at the IRS. Please accept my deepest condolences at your immeasurable loss.

As a Director at the IRS in Covington, Kentucky, Wayne supported the local chapter of Toastmasters International. Although his busy schedule precluded him from attending meetings on a regular basis, we cherished his uplifting speeches and participation when he was able to attend. Our group extends our deepest sympathy to Wayne's family!

Our heartfelt prayers are with you all. Wayne was dear to us and we will miss him sitting along side of us in the stands at Khaliss games. May he rest in perfect peace.

I loved Wayne for his unwavering support and willingness to tell you the truth, for your growth. We will miss your advice. Cecil Jones, Columbus BDPA
